You need to use a repairing shampoo, Wella color preserve repairing shampoo and conditioner which will make the hair stronger and you need to use a deep conditioner. Sebastian penetraitte is a deep conditioner. Using it with heat is an added bonus. Combing and brushing the hair when it is wet will also cause the hair to break.

Despite what cosmetics manufacturers say about their hair care products, none of them really 'repair' breaking hair. Here's the reason: the part of your hair that grows out of the scalp is actually keratinized tissue, which means that it is dead. It only gets longer because there is a 'live' part of it within the dermis of the skin that keeps pushing the entire hair shaft upwards, about 1 cm per month.

Although the hair haft is dead, it can be texturized, permed, colored, or conditioned so that it takes on many different looks, but none of these chemical treatments permanently affect the true nature of the person's hair, which will be again seen as soon as new growth at the base of the hair continues to push the dead hair shaft upwards through the scalp. This being the case, damaged hairs on your head really cannot be fixed or repaired. Hair 'treatments' contain certain proteins that cause the breaking pieces to cling together---the end result being that the hairs look stronger and shinier. But this 'fix' is in appearance only, and it is temporary.

Some hair treatments can cause the hair shafts to break. This is what happens, for example, if you use a chemical rearranger that is too strong or leave it in too long when you're getting a 'perm' or coloring. If, for example you had been using a mild hair texturizer or relaxer in your daughter's hair and getting good results, and then you decide to switch to a stronger type of texturizer to make her hair straighter or curlier, the stronger chemicals are more harsh, and many of them have the potential to dry out and burn the hairs---which will eventually lead to breakage.

Sometimes the breakage is due to endocrine disorders and vitamin deficiencies, the hair can naturally become drier and more brittle. If the hair ends begin to break or split, the best thing to do is to trim them off and wait for them to grow out again naturally. The proteins in hair conditioners can also to help make the hair look and feel better.
