What can I do to detangle my hair?

I have long, thin hair, which gets tangled very easily, I have to use lots of product (all kinds of conditioner and leave-in) and I have to comb my hair very often otherwise it gets tangled really really badly. If I try to comb it, a lot of it will fall. And I am tired of always having to keep it in a pny tail or braiding it at night so I can comb it in the morning.

What can I do to detangle it without washing it again?

Espeacially that I will go to party where i'll be dancing, I don't want to put it in a ponytail or something else (I look horrible like that), I want it to be loose but not to get tangled because of dancing. What can I do? Or what can I do afterwards to detangle it easily?

I have to say that my hair is not frizzy,curly or wavy, it's straight.

I had the same problem as you. My hair is also straight and somewhat long. It used to tangle after a while even when I wasn't even moving!!! I was losing hope because I had tried all kinds of shampoos and conditioners... Now, I've been using a shampoo and conditioner combo that keeps my hair silky, VERY smooth, and doesn't tangle. This may sound REALLY dumb... but its soooo smooth that when I try to put my hair into a braid, it unwinds itself.... haha. Anyways, these are the shampoo and conditioner I use:

-Sunsilk Straighten-up Shampoo (this actually hasn't made my hair any straighter than it was, but it makes my hair suuuuper smooth).

-Sunsilk Hydra TLC

i use biosilk . it is an oil you put in your hair after washing. leave in but only use a tiny bit at a time. it is expensive but so worth it. it will amaze you. i live by it.
